Project Process

Project Development at CollabWorks is a member driven activity, based on common interests of a group of members. CollabWorks provides domain specific network leadership (as needed), professional process management, and a collaboration environment for our members. Projects are rigorously tracked and reviewed to ensure on time deliverables. Projects are defined and agreed upon by members with commitments and schedule milestones similar to individual members internal project processes.

CollabWorks acts as the collaborative manager to work with members and third parties to insure that project objectives are met. We manage the process while members and third parties (if needed) manage the content. If commitments are missed our job is to understand the issues drive the process to get the project back on track. The tangible results of the projects can be shared among the project members, can be contributed to the CollabWorks community at large, or can be monetized, all at the discretion of the project members, with the assistance of CollabWorks processes and team.

Project Management

During actual project development, monthly or quarterly reviews of the activities will be conducted by the project members facilitated by CollabWorks, as agreed during the Project Design phase. Changes to the scope, phases, or deliverables of the project that are prompted by activities during this phase are made with the joint approval of the Project Members and CollabWorks. All activity, including documentation, is tracked in the CollabWorks collaborative workspace..
