Ralph Boethling - CIO Network Leader Ralph has been enabling companies to achieve their business performance goals by improving the ways they manage their information technology, people, and processes for more than 25 years. He brings executive-level wisdom, managerial oversight and technical excellence to his role as CollabWorks' CIO Network Leader. He has held senior-level IT management positions in large, complex companies such as Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, as well as start-up/early stage companies such as Financial Pacific Insurance Company and Total Pharmaceutical Care. Ralph's background includes directing more than 75 projects across 20 major industries for companies such as Aozora Bank (Tokyo), Apple, Martin County (Florida), National Semiconductor, Qwest, Safeway, Silicon Graphics, Sun Microsystems, Synopsys, and Toyota Motor Corporation. He has successfully managed IT programs and projects with budgets up to $20 million, in IT organizations ranging from 35 to more than 1000 IT staff members worldwide. Ralph's earlier IT career includes "Big 8" management consulting and practice management with Price Waterhouse where he led a wide range of consulting engagements including strategic systems planning, ERP-class custom system development, enterprise-level software package implementation, operational effectiveness reviews and financial audit support. Ralph was the lead editor, author and project manager on Prentice Hall's best-selling book, CIO Wisdom: Best Practices from Silicon Valley's Leading IT Experts (2004). Ralph holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems, cum laude, from California State University. |

Bill Jöbst - Federal Network Leader Bill has worked in the federal government, technology sales, business development and consulting fields for more than two decades. His is currently a Principal at the MITA Group where he focuses on Government sales acceleration, strategic consulting, issue advocacy and public affairs for various emerging U.S. and International technology and services firms. Formerly, he was Director of Sales for AT&T Government Solutions in support of their Department of Homeland Security activities increasing task order contract value by more than 20 fold. Bill’s background includes sales and business development work for large-scale system integrator’s such as Northrop Grumman, TRW, consulting experience with Ernst & Young LLC, and sales experience with several rapid-growth software & technology firms. Bill started his business career working for the U.S. Navy as a civilian naval architect focused on submarine design. Bill received his Masters in Ocean Engineering from Texas A&M University. Bill is a native of Memphis, TN and received an undergraduate degree from Christian Brothers University and is actively involved in Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association where he serves on the AFCEA International Homeland Security Committee, Industry Advisory Council (IAC) and various community activities. |

John Millican - CIO & Security Network Leader John brings more than 28 years of expertise in information technology and information security consulting to. As Chief Information Security Officer for Expedia Inc., John provided strategic leadership to the team that supported the information security infrastructure for Expedia.com, Hotels.com, Hotwire.com, Expedia Corporate Travel, TripAdvisor and their international companies. Prior to Expedia inc., John served as VP of Operations for Hotwire managing its IT operational infrastructure, including live site operations, back office systems, database management, information security, real estate and project management. John has also held numerous technical and managerial positions at New Concept Technologies, Basis Inc. and Unisys. He founded the SANS UNIX Security Certification Board, where he served as chairman for three years. He was the first person to earn all the GIAC Level 2 certifications offered by the SANS Institute and co-authored the SANS GIAC Certification: Security Essentials Toolkit. John received a BSBA from the University of Akron. |
